I like to foster a warm, open, non-judgmental, and laid-back environment that flows naturally, and try to make the process feel enjoyable within reason through the use of creativity and humor.

I have always wanted to be a counselor and love getting to know people on a deep and meaningful level. I am driven by the desire to provide a safe space for people to explore themselves and their issues and help them pave a path towards their most authentic version.

We'll work together to identify what matters most to you and choose approaches that fit your goals. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from multiple frameworks to help you build skills, shift patterns, and move toward the changes you're seeking.

Our first session

During the first session, I will get to know almost everything about you in order to take all influencing factors into account while determining which therapeutic approaches to use and how to best help you reach your identified goals.
