I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Army Veteran, and mother of two amazing kids. Life's journey can be both beuatiful and humbling and I am honored to help each of my clients find their way back to the joy and beauty of their lives.

My clients are exceptional people who are doing their best trying to do life on life's terms but feel weighed down by stress, past experiences, or patterns that keep getting in the way of feeling truly well. I’m passionate about working with individuals of all ages, identities, cultures, and backgrounds.

My approach

I am a Person Centered Therapist who relies heavily on CBT, DBT, MI and Attachment Theory interventions with my clients as a means of assisting them to explore, process and cope with unresolved trauma, dysfuntional thoughts, and life stress that impact their wellbeing and self-concept; allowing my clients to redefine their lives with acceoptance.
