I am a board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in Florida and Vermont with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I provide personalized, holistic mental health care that includes medication management, therapy, and health education for adults, adolescents, and children.

My focus

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds who are navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. That might be someone dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or struggling with ADHD or behavioral issues. I also help people manage conditions like schizophrenia or substance use disorders.
