I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to tailor sessions to your unique needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-focused. For clients who value faith, I also offer Christian-integrated therapy. I work with couples using Prepare/Enrich, helping you build on strengths and grow together.
