I focus on change and accountability, tracking what you accomplish between sessions. We'll see how changing patterns can dramatically improve your relationship and plan what happens next. I specialize in healing from affairs, improving intimacy, and building solutions in traditional and non-traditional relationships.

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help couples at any stage. My questions will make you think about how you can restore happiness, love, and appreciation. We'll explore what you want to see different in the relationship and how improved communication can help build that.

We support an open, honest, respectful environment. You're in charge of the session and can switch topics anytime. I'll challenge you with questions to empower, encourage, and motivate your change. I will make you think, I promise.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I witnessed my parents' enduring marriage and wanted to help other couples build that same lasting connection and commitment.
