My communication style

I have an open communication policy with my clients. My clients know that they can discuss anything with me, including if they are ever offended by something I say. The majority of my clients say that I have a Laissez-faire approach, but I am always honest with them about their care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a social worker because I went through some trauma and know what it feels like to find yourself in a dark place. Through hard work, therapy, and support, I was able to find my way into the light. I strive to help others on their journey to healing and find their light.

My goals for you

I always start by asking what my client's goal is for their recovery. Then we explore the steps the client feels they must take to reach the goal. From there, the client and I will develop treatment plan goals.

Our first session

The first session will be us talking and me learning more about your treatment goals. I will inform you of my expectations and allow you to share what your expectations are of me.
