I use my expertise to help others heal and transform. I create individualized treatment plans utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, meditation, positive psychology, and yoga.
