My focus

I primarily work with teens and adults. My areas of expertise are trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.

My approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative process requiring mutual trust and respect between client and therapist. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
