My approach
My approach is that therapy is going to look different for each individual. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan in therapy because we all come with different backgrounds and experiences. I will meet you where you are. We will utilize your strengths and work together to create a plan that is best fit for you.
My focus
I have experience in assisting with a wide range of issues that include: trauma, depression, anxiety, end-of-life challenges and grief, military family issues, major life transitions, and adjustments.

I communicate with compassion and empathy, creating a safe space for you to share. My style is warm and supportive, while also being direct in helping you gain insight and make meaningful changes. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, working collaboratively to help you find your path forward.
