I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic setting. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to express all your experiences and emotions while providing supportive, feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

I left home at 15 years old which gives me a different perspective to life than some people have. I have experienced many things that others may not have experienced and I use my experiences in my journey to become a therapist and my life today. My history helps me understand things that happen to people in a different way.

My goals for you

I want my clients to set their own goals for the most part with some suggestions from me. As you learn, grow, and change, your goals will change and we are able to adapt to that. Together we will work toward meeting all your treatment goals.

Our first session

In the first session, we will discuss your history, your therapy goals, and the necessary policies and procedures for our contact.
