My focus
I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and the effects of trauma. I have a special passion for supporting older adults and their caregivers, helping them adjust to changing health, roles, and relationships. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck.
My approach
Therapy with me is active and collaborative. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for building emotional regulation skills, EMDR for trauma processing, and Positive Psychology to help you reconnect with hope and meaning.
