I use active listening and open-ended questions to help you fully express your thoughts and feelings. I'm non-judgmental, respect your boundaries and preferences, and adapt to your level of understanding to build a trusting relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a mental health provider out of compassion and a desire to help others address their mental health concerns, reduce stigma, and promote awareness. Seeing positive changes in clients' lives is deeply rewarding.

My goals for you

I involve my patients in their goal setting, consider their comfort zone, and avoid setting very challenging goals or goals that are outside their comfort zone so that they can participate in their treatment, make proactive choices to support their well-being, feel a sense of accomplishment, and help improve their mood and self-confidence.

Our first session

Expect a thorough assessment of your mental health and medical history, discussion of work, relationships, and family dynamics, and development of a diagnosis and treatment plan. You'll have open communication and the opportunity to ask questions.
