My communication style

I believe in open and honest communication, placing you at the center of your care. I help bring awareness to your thoughts and feelings and reduce automatic responses, which reduces anxiety and stress and improves sleep.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always loved helping others. Witnessing my uncle being cared for with kindness throughout his illness inspired me to work in health care and make a difference. I'm passionate about nursing and combating the stigma surrounding mental health.

My goals for you

I help you feel empowered and take ownership of your mental well-being. I guide you and allow you to take control of your therapeutic process.

Our first session

We'll get to know each other and build a strong, trusting relationship, the foundation of effective mental health care. You'll have a chance to share your story and discuss your concerns without pressure. We'll talk about your mental health needs, what you hope to achieve, and how I can support you.
