I aim to make the therapeutic environment as warm and comfortable as possible. I am personable and easy to talk with. After each session, you'll feel heard, understood, and supported while also feeling motivated to make changes that will ultimately lead you to a less stressed life.

I love people and learning from all kinds of people. I'm passionate about supporting people and helping them live their truest and happiest so that they might thrive. I ensure that people feel their voice is heard and that they are understood.

My goals for you

Goal-setting is client-led, with me supporting you in creating goals that will best help you live the life you want. Together, we make long-term goals less intimidating by identifying barriers and breaking down each goal into a series of smaller and easier-to-complete tasks.

Our first session

I understand that the first session often feels the scariest and most intimidating. I will acknowledge how brave it is for you to take this first step towards feeling less stressed and living the life you want. Our first session will be laid back with both of us using it as an opportunity to get to know each other.
