I provide a safe space for every individual and ensure that a calm, relaxing space is provided in order for every individual to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

What inspired me to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is witnessing the incredible capacity people have to grow and heal, even in the face of deep pain. I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I feel privileged to be part of each person’s journey toward greater self-understanding and hope.

My goals for you

I believe that goal setting is a collaborative process. Together, we identify what feels most important to you. I help clients set realistic and meaningful goals that reflect their values and strengths, so that we are able to revisit them regularly to celebrate progress and make adjustments as needed.

Our first session

The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to get out of the process, and any questions or concerns you might have. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace.
