Growing up can be exciting, but also overwhelming. I work with children, adolescents, and teens navigating anxiety, big emotions, behavior challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. I also support military service members, veterans, and their families through stress and the unique demands of military life.
My approach
I take a flexible, client-centered approach that blends practical tools with deeper self-exploration. Using CBT, we’ll work to understand and shift patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, while narrative therapy helps us explore your experiences and build a more empowering story. I also incorporate solution-focused techniques.
