Talking to a stranger about life's struggles and challenges can feel overwhelming and maybe uncomfortable. That is why I value having genuine dialogue and interactions with my clients. In my sessions, you will feel like you are sharing space with a real person who will have genuine, warm conversations with you to help support the changes you want.
My focus
There are times in life when we experience a gap in skills and coping in order to be able to navigate and process the amount of stress that we are experiencing. This can lead to depression, anxiety, panic, relationship issues, and can even resurface old wounds. Together, we’ll bridge that gap to create a personalized plan for growth.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques for deeper emotional processing to support your unique goals and progress.
