Hi there, I'm Erika!

If you're reading this, you've already taken a huge step toward improving your mental health. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can gain insight into your needs and begin healing. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and chronic pain.

My focus

I particularly enjoy working with women and with the LGBTQ+ community. In my work, I take into account how systems of oppression can contribute to distress, and I provide genuine empathic validation for your life experiences. I strive to provide a safe space for you to be your authentic self.

My approach

My approach is evidence-based and collaborative. I work within a strengths-based framework to help you identify your positive qualities and use them to meet your goals. I use cognitive-behavioral strategies to clarify how behaviors and thought patterns contribute to distress, and how small changes make a big difference over time.
