I collaborate with you to focus on the goals you want to achieve. We'll identify what that looks like for you, and I'll use the therapeutic modality that best supports those goals. As we build rapport, I'll check in regularly to ensure we're still on the path to your desired outcomes.

I have a steady voice and match the language you use in session. If you like to curse, I'll curse along with you. If at any point our therapeutic relationship isn't helpful, please let me know so I can assist in finding a good fit. This hour is your hour, and I want you to get the most out of it.
