Hi there, I'm Nicole!

Therapy should be an empathetic space in which the client feels heard and supported. I am an LCPC, LMFT who specializes in ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and family dynamics.

My focus

The therapeutic goal is to guide clients in enhancing their understanding of their self-worth and true purpose in life and to encourage them to achieve their full potential.

My approach

Integrating an Adlerian treatment philosophy with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, I work collaboratively with the client to create effective change for a better life. Within family therapy, I use structural family therapy techniques as well as other systems to help align the family unit.
