Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in grief and loss. I offer a compassionate, person-centered space to make sense of what has changed, process the emotions that come with loss, and find ways to move forward without feeling like you have to leave your grief behind.

My focus

I work with teens and adults navigating grief and loss, including the loss of a loved one, relationship, identity, or significant life chapter. I also support anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-worth, and life transitions, especially when loss brings feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, or numbness.

My approach

I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach grounded in ACT and mindfulness. With grief, I don’t believe the goal is to “move on” or stop hurting. Instead, I help clients make space for what they’re feeling, understand how loss has changed their lives, and find ways to move forward while staying connected to what matters to them.
