I have a depth of knowledge and experience in a number of areas including adult children of alcoholics, alcoholism, family of origin issues, victims of abuse and trauma. Having worked in psychiatry and community service for over thirty years I have treated a wide range of populations.

I work well with Adult Children of Alcoholics and Alcoholics. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Illinois. I also have Certification in DBT and have worked with anxiety and trauma.
My approach
I enjoy working with individuals toward a more meaningful and satisfying life. I can listen , learn and provide trust and make sound professional assessments and help the individual achieve goals.
