Hi there, I'm Timothy!
My therapeutic approach is shaped by my personal history, including my son's diagnosis with Autism and a career in law enforcement. Having seen people in crisis daily, I am fully aware that every person's presenting problems are unique. Therapy must be tailored to the individual, and active listening and establishing rapport have suited me well.
My focus
I primarily see individuals, but have worked with couples and families. Most of my clients are dealing with symptoms based on some form of depression and anxiety. I have worked with many military and first responders who have been overwhelmed with trauma and feelings of despair.
My approach
Therapy happens when a client is able to verbalize their truth and question what barriers currently limit them from finding joy and purpose in their life.
