I lead my sessions with empathy, curiosity, and deep listening to truly understand the stories that have shaped your life. I welcome you to tell your story. I will listen and ask questions to more deeply understand how you are feeling and the problems you are struggling with.

Witnessing my clients grow and be able to transcend previous levels of self-awareness, self-compassion, and discover healthy habits brings me joy and keeps me connected to doing therapy.

I will assist you in breaking down each goal into steps that feel achievable for you. Following through on action steps can help to build motivation and confidence. We will regularly talk about how you are feeling about your goals.

Our first session

The idea of having your first therapy session can feel intimidating. We will take time to become acquainted and comfortable. I will guide our session with questions, but also invite you to share the stories that are central to your life and your current experience.
