Hi there, I'm Renee!

Feeling weighed down by trauma, grief, or life’s hardest experiences? You’re not alone. I help veterans, first responders, and survivors move beyond pain with compassion, insight, and real-world therapeutic strategies. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice, rebuild your sense of self, and step into a fuller, more empowered life

My focus

Feeling overwhelmed by trauma or carrying pain others don’t see? You’re not alone. I work with veterans, first responders, and survivors of domestic violence, trafficking, and childhood sexual abuse, helping them move from survival to healing with compassion and clarity.

My approach

I am a trauma-informed psychodynamic therapist and an Air Force veteran. I help veterans, first responders, and survivors move beyond trauma by integrating depth psychology, lived experience, and community-centered healing. My work encourages self-empowerment and the reclamation of autonomy, and helps rebuild the sense of self.
