Hi, my name is Rozalyn Engle, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I believe in order to change our lives, sometimes we must first change the way we think.
My approach
I am a practitioner of person-centered therapy, including unconditional positive regard. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and cognitive (thought) reframing.
My focus
My primary experience has been with adults who struggle with substance use, anxiety, depression, and anger.
My communication style
The most important function of a therapist/counselor is to provide a warm, safe, and inviting rapport with a hint of humor.
