My communication style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and never judged. Clients often describe me as approachable, encouraging, and easy to talk to. My priority is helping you feel safe, seen, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change together.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist started at Covenant Christian High School, where—like many first-gen students—I was told I needed to be a doctor. What drives me is helping people reduce stress, improve their quality of life, and rediscover a sense of hope. I’m especially passionate about supporting adults and older adults.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals through a collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach tailored to their unique needs and pace. In our first session, we’ll explore your story, clarify what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying the changes you’d like to see in your life. Together, we co-create realistic, meaningful goals.
