I have found that one single approach does not meet every client's needs. I take an eclectic approach to address specific needs based on the client's identified goals and level of motivation.

I strive to provide a calm and safe environment to allow for a sense of acceptance and ease to allow the sharing of one's personal story.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to a helping profession. After completing my undergraduate education, I considered several alternative graduate programs and was always drawn back to the school of social work. It just seemed like a natural choice for me.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is understanding the client's perceived needs, their desired outcome, and the steps they identify that are needed to reach their objective.

Our first session

The first session will include some basic introductory fact-finding, client intake information and assessment, and the client sharing regarding their goals of their journey of self-growth.
