My journey to mental healthcare

My life experiences and learning about psychology in college motivated me to become a therapist. I knew I wanted to help others learn to use their minds for healing, empowerment, and personal growth.

My goals for you

I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change. I am also up to the challenge of working with clients who need help defining their goals.

Our first session

In our first session, I will spend time getting to know you and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. I will ask about your mental health history, what therapy approaches have worked for you in the past, and what your current problem areas are.
