My journey to becoming a therapist started with a deep desire to help others. Growing up actively involved in the community, I was always exposed to the importance of support and connection. This has shaped my approach, making me passionate about providing therapy that respects each person's unique cultural experiences.

Our first session

During the first session, expect an open conversation where we get to know each other. I'll ask questions to understand your background, challenges, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll set initial goals to provide clear direction. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the process.
