I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices to support healing and personal growth. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, and resilience-building within communities impacted by natural disasters.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I have a strong interest in supporting women, BIPOC clients, and those impacted by natural disasters or systemic stressors. I'm most comfortable treating trauma-related conditions, identity issues, emotional regulation, and building resilience.

My approach

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. I integrate Brainspotting, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices to support clients in processing trauma, building resilience, and achieving meaningful change. I create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.

My communication style

I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore their experiences at their own pace. Sessions are collaborative and empowering, with a focus on building trust, honoring each client's unique story, and fostering growth through compassion and curiosity.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy because I genuinely enjoy helping others and want people to feel seen, heard, and supported during life's toughest moments. Knowing that I can hold space for someone's healing and growth continues to drive my passion for this work. It's an honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate their journey.

I take a collaborative and flexible approach to goal setting, working with clients to identify what matters most to them and what they hope to gain from therapy. Goals are tailored to each individual's needs and are revisited regularly to ensure they remain relevant and achievable.

It's also a time for you to ask questions, share at your own pace, and start building a foundation of trust and collaboration.
