Hi there, I'm Amy!

I'm so glad you've decided to invest in yourself. You deserve support, and I'm here to help. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma. I take a client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your needs in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.

My focus

I work with all age groups and understand how difficult it can be to open up about anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma. I'm culturally competent and well-versed in end-of-life issues as well as children and adolescent concerns. Whatever issue or goal you have, I'll help you develop and achieve it.

My approach

I typically will use Cognitive behavioral therapy; however, every client is different. I also utilize solution-focused therapy. Every person is different, so what works with one patient may not work for the next.
