I work primarily with adults navigating high stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside, yet feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected inside.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work after witnessing the incredible resilience of people navigating hardship and realizing how powerful the right support can be. Healing isn't about fixing you, it's about helping you remember your wholeness.

In our first session, we'll take things at your pace. I'll ask thoughtful questions to get to know your history, current challenges, and goals, while making sure you feel comfortable and supported. By the end, you'll have a clearer understanding of what's been keeping you stuck.
