My journey to mental healthcare

My path to therapy started with a strong curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others discover their inner strength during life's toughest challenges. During my graduate studies, I had the privilege of working with trauma survivors, which deepened my understanding of how impactful therapy can be in the healing process.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll define and set goals that truly matter to you—whether that's improving relationships, boosting self-esteem, or achieving other personal aspirations. My role is to provide the support and tools you need to keep moving forward, even when the path feels tough.

Our first session

Our first session will be a chance for us to connect and get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background and what led you to seek therapy. Therapy is a journey, and we’ll build on our work together as we move forward. It's completely natural to feel a bit nervous before your first appointment.
