I work with individuals who have confidence issues, relationship problems, and trauma-related disorders from childhood. My goal is to support you in developing self-empowerment and confidence, enabling you to reconnect with yourself and supportive people in your life.

My approach

My approach is collaborative and fluid. I weave different modalities into conversation-style sessions based on your goals and needs. I use a trauma framework to guide you in diving deep into the root of the problem to gain a better understanding of yourself.

My communication style

People who work with me describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I create an environment where you feel validated and open to growth. I'll challenge you to be your best self and sit with you in the painfully uncomfortable feelings. Here you will be seen, heard, and most importantly understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

I fell in love with psychology in college. After graduation, I worked in an inpatient setting for people with childhood trauma and trauma-related disorders. The patients were in crisis and felt their lives were out of control.

I will conduct an assessment where we discuss what's bringing you to therapy, your history, and your goals. From there, we'll work together on developing self-empowerment and confidence, enabling you to reconnect with yourself and the supportive individuals in your life.
