My style is calm, warm, and personable. Clients feel comfortable talking to me about anything, and I take pride in listening without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been a nurse for 10 years and was a travel nurse for a few years before I obtained my MSN in 2020, specializing in psychiatry, and decided to attain my DNP as well. I have worked in different mental health settings, including emergency, inpatient, and substance abuse, and currently work at an outpatient private practice as a PMHNP.

My goals for you

I encourage you to be involved in your care and figure out what you want to accomplish. We start by building rapport and trust, then work together to set goals and measure your progress over time.

Our first session

We will spend the majority of our first session together discussing how you currently feel, attentively listening, and asking questions to gain insight into some of the reasons you may be feeling that way. The first session will focus on building an initial connection and helping me understand how to tailor your care to best fit your goal.
