I'm a doctoral-prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a wide range of experience in both private practice and hospital settings. I work with clients of all ages (starting age 6) and genders. I like to create a laid-back environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and feel accepted.

ADHD (testing available), depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, autism, gender dysphoria, schizophrenia, psychosis, binge eating disorder, alcoholism, LGBTQIA+ needs, immigrant/second-generation populations, women's mental health (including pregnancy/postpartum, peri/menopausal), teenagers, students, and more.
My approach
I use a patient-focused and holistic approach to provide tailored care specific to each client. I like to help clients fully understand their condition and treatment modalities to help clients make informed decisions. When appropriate, I also suggest over-the-counter supplements and nutritional options to help with mood problems.
