I believe that a simple and casual approach makes therapy more palatable, allowing for openness and individualism. I work with my clients to find the ways that work for them to reach the goals that they would like to reach. I follow your lead towards achieving your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I did not always want to be a therapist. I went to therapy and realized its impact on me while I was going through my own journey. From that point, with already having an interest in psychology and sociology, I changed my focus to help others in the way that helped me. Passing it forward!

My goals for you

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started!
