I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management through a thoughtful, client-centered approach that supports emotional wellness, stability, and improved daily functioning.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a psychiatric provider began through my work in inpatient psychiatric care and nursing. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the impact of mental health on individuals, families, and communities, and motivated me to provide accessible, compassionate psychiatric care.

The first session is a comprehensive and supportive clinical evaluation. We review your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, medications, symptoms, goals, and safety considerations. The goal is to understand your needs and develop a clear, individualized treatment plan.
