Hi there, I'm Susan!

I help people find relief from stress, heal from trauma, and build fulfilling lives. I work with clients facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use challenges. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, feel heard, and learn practical skills to build resilience.

My focus

I work with adults and adolescents experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and substance use issues. My ideal clients may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make a change but unsure where to start as they navigate life transitions, rebuild after difficult experiences, or seek new ways to manage emotions.

My approach

My counseling style is collaborative, empathetic, and strengths-based. I meet clients where they are and help them build skills and resilience. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, psychoeducation, and mindfulness. Sessions balance reflection, emotional support, and actionable steps to build insight and coping skills.
