Hi there, I'm Tracy!

Also known as 'Dr. T.' My approach is strength-based and person-centered to relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, relationship issues, or adjusting to transitions. My focus areas of practice are trauma-informed, neurodiversity/Autism-affirming, and gender-affirming (LGBTQIA2S+).

My focus

Clients I typically work with often feel stuck and need coaching or support, overcoming obstacles, knowing how to be their own therapists, and solving problems. Many clients say they had therapists who were not helpful, and my nonjudgmental therapeutic style is different, which allows them to be more accepting of their unique selves.

My approach

The motivational interviewing approach empowers clients to explore, choose what is best for them, and implement effective coping strategies to feel better. I compassionately support clients in achieving their goals by using cognitive-behavioral therapy to challenge, refocus, or reframe negative thoughts.
