Hi there, I'm Lisa!

I believe that connection and a strong relationship in therapy are everything. I pull from many different modalities and techniques, but believe that the client determines what works best for them. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and have extensive experience in communication, self-esteem, and helping people be their best selves.

My focus

I really enjoy working with people who need a therapist who can be direct and not be afraid to ask hard questions. I am particularly comfortable in creating a safe and secure place where people feel comfortable discussing things they cannot do elsewhere.

My approach

I most often use cognitive behavioral therapy as a main approach, but other staples in my approach are acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed, and person-centered modalities.
