My focus
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, and grief. Often, these conditions spill over into other areas of our lives, so relationships are often important to address as well.
My approach
I have a true passion for helping others live their best lives. I use CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and draw from a multitude of techniques to help my clients grow. I find that getting to know you as a person is the most valuable part of treatment, and we will tailor our work together to pull from your strengths.
