Life can be heavy at times, and getting additional support can help to lighten the load. I support women through mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, and trauma.

My focus

I work with women to create a plan, develop coping skills, and identify clear goals to improve their everyday life.

My approach

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, TF-CBT, Brain-Based Parenting techniques, and Mindfulness. Additionally, I am passionate about using a strengths-based approach in therapy to tailor sessions to each individual I work with to help them achieve their goals.

My communication style

I prioritize clear, open communication while practicing active listening to truly understand your experiences. I believe counseling is a mutual relationship, and am always collecting feedback to ensure sessions are meaningful to you.

My goals for you

My goal when working with clients is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for women to discuss everyday stressors such as motherhood, parenting, and pregnancy, as well as different types of relationships (intimate, familial, professional, and friendships).

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. We will continue to build rapport through subsequent sessions. I will be available to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
