My journey began with a deep desire to help others feel seen, heard, and supported during life's most challenging moments. Being a provider allows me to combine empathy, insight, and experience to walk alongside others on their path to healing and growth.

My goals for you

I help you reach your goals by first identifying what matters most, whether that's reducing anxiety, improving relationships, or building confidence. We break goals into manageable steps using practical, evidence-based strategies. I regularly check in to celebrate growth and adjust our approach as needed.

Our first session

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. We'll explore any challenges you're facing and identify what you'd like to work on. I'll explain how therapy works, answer questions, and create a personalized plan. It's a relaxed, judgment-free space.
