When potential clients share that they feel anxious about starting therapy, I let them know I understand—opening up can feel deeply personal and unfamiliar. I reassure them that I'm easy to talk to and aim to create a space that is warm, energetic, and empowering.

My journey to mental healthcare

I gained hands-on clinical experience in community-based programs specializing in addiction recovery, childhood adjustment disorders, and general community mental health. I love the work I do and feel deeply grateful for every individual who has allowed me into their therapeutic process.
