Much of my experience includes trauma work related to sexual assault, domestic violence, grief and loss, and adverse childhood experiences. My approach to therapy includes a nonjudgmental, Person-Centered approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, DBT, and Solution-Focused modalities; however, I will tailor my approach to your individual needs.
