I offer bilingual, culturally affirming therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, and identity issues. I specialize in helping first- and second-generation Latine clients heal generational wounds, improve communication, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a first-generation Latina, I’ve witnessed the strength, resilience, and silent struggles that often live within our communities. Growing up, I saw how hard it can be to speak about mental health, and how healing was often pushed aside in order to survive.

I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your background and needs, and you’re welcome to share at your own pace.
