My communication style

I try to set a warm and welcoming tone. I also aim to be direct in my communication, as I know that things can be miscommunicated. I want people to be able to be themselves with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

My first thought of working in the mental health field occurred to me when I was a young volunteer with our local Hospice chapter. I got to know the mental health workers, and they really inspired me that I can help people by talking with them.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by working with them directly. I will also challenge my clients, but I will never push them to where they feel like they can't complete their goals.

Our first session

Even though therapy can be scary, I want you to feel comfortable with who you are. I want us to feel like we're working together and that we're a team. In our first session, we'll go over what brings you here, then we'll make a game plan on what we will achieve as a team.
