I often work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, gender related issues, life change adjustments, relationship difficulties, and grief. I have extensive experience working with those who have experienced early childhood trauma, first-generation immigrants, refugees, and individuals in the LGBTQIA community.
